Based in South or East Area of Romania.

Key accountabilities:

The specific responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following:

  • Manage current customer portfolio and improve / increase customer portfolio;
  • Negotiate contracts and prices within set guidelines;
  • Control strictly the level of receivables keeping customers updated on due payments;
  • Collect, monitor and communicate market information to line manager (competition, new products, prices, marketing campaigns etc)
  • Increase annually the market share in his/her area of responsibility;
  • Communicate with all departments of BU in order to offer the right products and services to the customers;
  • Use CRM database to report daily activity;
  • Comply with commercial and price policy of the company;
  • Comply with the expense and report policy of the company;

Candidate Ideal Profile:

  • 2 years of proven experience in farms (swine and /or ruminants);
  • University degree in veterinary medicine;
  • Consultative selling experience within Veterinary (Farming) industry is a plus;
  • Upper / intermediate level of English;
  • Clean driving license;
  • Excellent computer literacy - MS Office, Email, Internet;
  • Motivated, a positive team player and show a high degree of customer focus;
  • Communication skills; negotiation skills, collaborative spirit, proactive attitude, customer oriented, problem solving oriented;
  • Technical skills – to have the ability to understand the technical characteristics of the products relating these to customers’ specific needs;
  • Flexible with good time management skills;

Compensation:

The final candidate will receive a competitive base salary and incentive scheme and benefits reflecting the 
candidate's experience and degree of responsibility.
