Medic veterinar Germania

About Felmo

At felmo, we believe pets deserve medicine on eye level. We combine house-call veterinary medicine with digital innovation, for animals, their owners and a team that truly wants to make a difference. We work in a decentralized, modern and efficient way, and we enable our veterinarians to provide high-quality medical care right at the animal's side.

Are you a veterinarian (m/f/d) from an EU country and want to discover Germany? Then we would love to welcome you to our team. We will support you with your move!

What we offer

  • Work-life balance: Predictable and flexible working hours.
  • Fair, above-average pay: A salary package with plenty of great benefits.
  • Decision freedom: Full-time or part-time, you decide, the benefits stay the same.
  • Professional development: A yearly allowance of up to €3,000 for training costs, plus five additional days of educational leave.
  • Want to grow? Our Medical Training & Development team supports you on your professional development path.
  • Mobility and flexibility: A company phone and car for patient visits. Want to use the felmo car privately after work? No problem: we cover all costs for up to 10,000 km per year, under the 1% rule.
  • A strong team: A friendly atmosphere with team meetings every two weeks and regular one-on-one conversations.
  • Support: Our support team is always by your side and has your back (including onboarding, case consultations, SOPs and training).
  • Digital patient records and in-house labs: Instant access to your patients' health history at any time.
  • From internal medicine to surgery: Want to develop further in the long term or change your medical focus? We are expanding our core house-call service with stationary surgery sites, and we would love to build them together with you.

Your responsibilities

  • Independent case management: You carry out medical care on your own, from the history and clinical examination through further diagnostics (lab work, ultrasound, dental status, dermatology, behavioral assessment, internal medicine) to an indication-based treatment decision.
  • Contributing to high-quality care: With your internal medicine expertise, you diagnose pets thoroughly and treat them individually. This ensures a high standard of care in everyday mobile practice.
  • You help shape how we work: Through questions, feedback and an active focus on quality, you continuously improve our medical processes.
  • Clear, empathetic communication with pet owners builds trust and understanding.
  • You provide input to improve our software and standards, which feeds directly into the team.
  • With your work, you make veterinary medicine more accessible, less stressful and more effective for pets, owners and colleagues.

What you bring

  • A completed veterinary degree
  • German language skills, at least B2 level
  • A valid driver's license (class B), valid in the EU
  • At least 2 years of experience in small animal medicine (several years of professional experience is a plus)
  • Knowledge of internal medicine, interpretation of findings and diagnostics (lab work, general examination)
  • A structured, independent way of working, and joy in sharing knowledge
  • Pragmatism and an interest in training and medical quality are part of our culture
